2. The compression nuts and upper and lower guide rods of plate heat exchanger should be lubricated with lubricating grease.
3. Special personnel shall be responsible for the adjustment of each instrument, and the operation and maintenance shall be carried out in strict accordance with the operating procedures.
4. When the rubber gasket to be replaced or the degummed part is to be repaired, the finned tube shall be removed, placed on the table, the old gasket shall be removed, or the glue residue in the groove of the fin tube shall be wiped off with fine sandpaper at the degumming position, and the oil stains in the groove shall be wiped out with carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene, and the back of the new rubber gasket shall be roughened with fine sandpaper, and the same shall be done with carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene The alkene solvent wiped up the oil. Then apply a thin layer of glue on the groove and the back of the rubber washer. After a little drying, the rubber washer will not stick to the fingers, but it will still be sticky. That is, the rubber gasket will be embedded in the groove, and the four sides will be flattened, and a layer of talcum powder will be applied. Then, the finned tube will be installed on the equipment frame and clamped gently. According to the glue instruction manual, it can be put into operation for a period of time.
5. Each time the finned tube is pressed again, pay attention to the scale position of the last pressing, and do not over press the rubber gasket, so as to reduce the service life of the gasket.
6. When replacing the rubber gasket of finned tube, it is necessary to update the whole section, so as to avoid the uneven gap between the fins and affect the heat transfer effect.
